The First Aid Kit is an item featured in I Am Alive.

First Aid Kits can be used to heal nearly 3/4 of the Protagonist's health. It can also be used to help a number of victims.
First Aid Kits can be found in a number of different locations, usually near victims in need. It is recommended to use at least one first aid kit to help save a victim so they can work toward gaining more retrys or getting achievements/trophies.
They can be located in most areas of Haventon, so the player should stumble upon them through watchful exploration. Despite their helpful ability, they are rather common compared to the Adrenaline Syringe or the Rehydration Salts.
